Local Delivery Services:
For customers within the Melbourne region or within 15 kilometers of any of our locations, we provide personalized door-to-door delivery services using our own delivery fleet. Regardless of the size of your order, whether it's a total complete bathroom, vanities, or baths, you can rely on us to deliver your items safely and securely.
- For local deliveries within the specified area, our flat rate shipping fee is $38.50.
- For deliveries outside of this area, shipping costs will vary based on the delivery location and the size of the order. Please use the shipping price estimator on the product description page or contact us for a customized shipping quote.
The estimated delivery time for local deliveries will be communicated to you at the time of purchase. Our goal is to ensure timely delivery of your items to your specified location.
Most products are required to be ordered from our supplier warehouses, where leadtime is usually 2-3 days depending on the time of order.
Instant Ship products - Products flagged with the "Instant Ship" badge are products which are in-stock in our system and are ready to be shipped or picked up immediately.
Please keep in mind that this does mean the product is in stock within the entire business and may need to be transferred to the desired store location if pickup is requested.
Also keep in mind that these stock flags are updated daily, and between an "Instant Ship" flag being added to a product to a product being sold may vary due to the lead time between updates.
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Burdens Bathrooms. Please review the following information regarding our returns policy:
Eligibility for Returns:
- You may return any unused product in its original packaging within 30 days of purchase.
- Please note that returned items may be subject to a restocking fee of up to 30% imposed by our suppliers.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
- Email us at firstname.lastname@example.org to request a return authorization.
- Pack the item securely in its original packaging, including any accessories, manuals, and documentation.
- Ship the item back to us using a trackable shipping service.
- Alternatively any return can also be initiated by taking your eligible product back to any Burdens Location.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
- Please allow 1 to 2 days for the refund to be processed and reflected in your account.
