SharkBite® Compression Adaptor (Flare)
The SharkBite® Compression Adaptor (Flare) is designed to adapt SharkBite® PEX pipe to copper pipes via a compression fitting. Also known as Yorkflex or SharkBite to Compression Couplings, this fitting comes complete with compression nuts for a secure and reliable connection.
Made from solid forged DZR brass, the adaptor is durable, corrosion-resistant, and certified to Australian standards. The integral tube liner ensures a tight seal for PEX installations, and the push-to-connect system allows for quick and easy installation without soldering, clamps, unions, or glue. Fittings can also be rotated after assembly for installation in tight spaces.
