Shipping Policy

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

We do our best to get your order out quickly and efficiently. Here’s how our shipping works:

Local Delivery – $55 Flat Rate

Available for addresses within a 20km radius of any Burdens Bathrooms store.
Delivery is usually completed within 2 business days of stock arriving at the local branch.
Delivered by our own fleet or trusted local drivers.

Courier Shipping – Flat Rates Australia-Wide

Small items: $15.50
Standard size items: $55
Large or bulky items: $100
Courier delivery is available across Australia. A tracking number will be provided after dispatch.

Australia Post Delivery

Where suitable, based on size and weight, items will be shipped via Australia Post Registered Mail within 1 business day.
You’ll receive a tracking number once the parcel is on its way.

Large or Heavy Items

Large products such as bathtubs, vanities, and toilets are shipped via a specialist courier.
Some bulky items may need to be delivered to a local depot for collection if delivery to your location is not practical. We’ll be in touch if this applies to your order.

Minimum Order & Supplier Charges

Some products available through our online store are subject to minimum order quantities, minimum order values, or supplier-imposed minimum order fees.

Where an item is not normally stocked by Burdens Bathrooms and must be specially ordered from a supplier, these charges may apply. For larger orders, we may be able to absorb these costs; however, for small orders where the supplier's minimum order or associated fee is disproportionate to the value of the products ordered, Burdens Bathrooms reserves the right to pass all or part of these costs on to the customer.

In some circumstances, these charges may not be able to be determined until after an order has been placed and the supplier order has been processed. Where this occurs, we reserve the right to calculate and apply the applicable minimum order or supplier charge after the order has been placed.

If such a charge applies, we will contact you to advise the amount before proceeding where reasonably practicable. If the additional charge makes the order uneconomical or otherwise unfeasible for Burdens Bathrooms to fulfil, we reserve the right to cancel the order and refund any payment made.

By placing an order, you acknowledge that additional supplier or minimum order charges may apply to certain products in these circumstances.

Important Notes

Business days refer to Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays.
Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
Delivery times may vary depending on the carrier, destination, and item(s) ordered.
We reserve the right to cancel an order if shipping or supply is not feasible, including remote areas or hard-to-access locations with large/heavy items. In this case, we’ll contact you to discuss available options.
Product availability and delivery estimates are subject to supplier and stock availability.
