Refund policy

We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you need to return an item, please review the following policy:

Eligibility for Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

  • Requests must be made within 30 days from the date of purchase.

  • Items must be:

    • In their original packaging

    • In perfect condition

    • Uninstalled and unused

  • A copy of your original invoice is required for all returns.

  • Restocking fees may apply (see below).

Please note: Products that are damaged, used, or installed cannot be accepted for return.

Restocking Fees

  • Stocked Item – No restocking fee

  • Ordered-In Item – 30% restocking fee

  • Custom Order Item – Non-returnable

How to Return an Item

  1. Contact our customer service team with your order number and details of the product you wish to return.

  2. We’ll confirm the return eligibility and provide instructions for sending the item back.

  3. Once received and inspected, we’ll process your refund, exchange, or store credit as applicable.

Important Notes

  • Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is faulty or the return is due to our error.

  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method and may take 5–10 business days to appear in your account.

  • Any approved returns outside the 30-day period will be at our discretion.
