\Finding Burdens Pakenham is simple and convenient, whether you’re a tradie on the go or a homeowner visiting our showroom. Our branch is located in a prime industrial hub at 1 Embrey Court (Corner of Bald Hill Road), Pakenham VIC 3810, featuring easy access from major roads and plenty of parking.
How to Find Us by Car:
From Melbourne / Monash Freeway (M1): Take the Cardinia Road exit and head south toward the industrial district. Turn left onto Bald Hill Road and follow it straight for about 4 kilometres. You will spot us on your left-hand side at the corner of Embrey Court.
From Officer, Beaconsfield, or Central Pakenham: If you are coming down the Princes Highway (C101) eastbound, turn right onto Olympic Way / Racecourse Road, head south over the bypass, and then turn right onto Bald Hill Road. Take the very next right into Embrey Court.Our store entrance sits right on the corner, with clear signage pointing to both the Trade Counter and Showroom entrances. If you’re using public transport, the newly upgraded Pakenham Train Station is just a few minutes away, with local bus routes running nearby.
Our wide entry driveway and spacious yard make it incredibly easy for utes, vans, and larger commercial trade vehicles to enter, load up, and exit without hassle. Drive straight through to the trade loading area for bulk plumbing supplies, or park near the front if you’re visiting to browse our modern bathroom displays.
