Finding Burdens Cranbourne is simple and convenient, whether you’re a local tradie grabbing parts for a job or a homeowner starting a bathroom renovation. Our showroom and trade counter are located at Unit 1, 1441 South Gippsland Highway, Cranbourne VIC 3977. If you’re coming from Dandenong or the Monash Freeway (M1), head south down the South Gippsland Highway. Once you pass the major intersection at Thompsons Road, keep an eye out on your left-hand side just before you reach the Cranbourne Golf Club. Because we are in Unit 1, our showroom features prominent highway frontage and clear signage, making us incredibly easy to spot from the main road.
For those coming from the south, including Cranbourne Town Centre, Tooradin, or Clyde, head north along the South Gippsland Highway. We are located just a 5-minute drive past the Cranbourne Train Station, simply make a U-turn at the Thompsons Road intersection to access our side of the highway.If you are arriving via public transport, several local bus routes (including the 892 and 902) stop just a short walk from our front door.
Ample on-site parking is available directly in front of Unit 1, ensuring a fast, hassle-free visit whether you're loading up a major trade order or browsing our selection-filled bathroom showroom.
