Our trade division supplies plumbing goods directly to the trade with expert staff, an extensive stock range, and a capable delivery fleet. The trade counter and warehouse stock plumbing supplies, consumables, tools, and can arrange custom sheet metal products from our sheet metal division. Store Access / How to Find Burdens Balwyn
Conveniently located along Whitehorse Road, our Balwyn showroom sits on the left-hand side at the corner of Meadow Grove. Showroom access is directly from Whitehorse Road, making it easy to visit whether you're driving or using public transport.
There is plenty of parking at Burdens Braeside at our dedicated parking lot in front of the store location, with easy access to both the showroom and the trade desk.
For larger vehicles or long trucks, streetside parking is also available along Redwood drive.
