The Puretec WD011-H Specialty Wound Sediment Cartridge is a string-wound, hot-water-rated cartridge built for sediment filtration in demanding conditions. It is designed to withstand temperatures up to 149°C (300°F) while maintaining high flow rates with minimal pressure drop.
String-Wound Depth Filtration
The WD011-H is precisely wound around a core in a graded pattern, giving it a larger effective surface area than a standard 2.5" x 10" wound cartridge. This construction provides true depth filtration, resulting in higher dirt-holding capacity and greater filtration efficiency, with minimal fibre migration into the filtered water.
