Copper Equal Coupling – High Pressure
The Copper Equal Coupling is a high-pressure fitting designed to join two copper pipes of the same diameter securely. Manufactured from premium-grade copper in compliance with AS 3688 and AS 1432, it ensures safety, strength, and long-term reliability in both domestic and commercial applications.
With WaterMark Licence WMK 26127 and compliance to AS/NZS 4020 (potable water safety), this coupling is suitable for drinking water, gas, and general plumbing systems.
When paired with Type B copper tube, the coupling achieves maximum performance and durability, handling working pressures of:
2000kPa at 20°C
1400kPa at 95°C
The fitting requires silver brazing alloy in accordance with AS 1167.1 for secure installation.
