Exceptional service from Scott. Delivery of basin was delayed by supplier, went over and above to track down and keep me informed and then arranged basin to be delivered by fellow staff member on their way home from work to make up for the unexpected supplier delay. Very responsive, has deep product knowledge, very reliable, top customer service.
