Allproof cast-in floor waste collar kits provide a fully fire rated solution for floor waste penetrations.
Cast-in collars for fire rated floor waste kits are ideal for slabs that are poured on site. Simply fix down the cast-in fire collar in the desired location, pour the concrete, cut the plastic collar to the correct height and install the plumbing system. The kit comes with an Allproof Cyclone or Tilt A Grate puddle flange fire rated floor waste system. These puddle flanges have adjustable spigots saving labour with installation. The fire rated floor waste has been tested with riser junctions and a gully trap allowing for the convergence of multiple drainage systems.
Ideal for high density and medium density projects such as apartment blocks. An excellent solution for fire rating bathroom floor waste drains where multiple systems (shower drain, floor waste etc) connect to a single drain waste vent.
