Basic domestic Bib Taps.
These bib taps are chrome plated and have jumper valve operation. They comply with the WaterMark Scheme and meet the requirements of the Australian Standards AS/NZS 3718:2005 – Water Supply – Tapware.
They have a 15mm BSP female thread and a variety of handles are sold separately.
They come with a full 1 year warranty against product defects.
A Bib Tap, is one that fixes on the wall. More particularly, it has the valve system self contained and handles only one temperature (hot or cold).
Internally, they sit over a basin, sink or bath. They come in many varieties and styles.
Commercially they are used widely in laboratories and hospitals.
A typical use of bibs used externally are hose bibs. These have thread or adaptor to attach a hose.
By law, these products need to be installed by a licensed plumber.
