The Puretec RET1812-75 is the genuine replacement reverse osmosis membrane for the RO270 undersink system, providing the ultra-fine 0.0005-micron filtration stage that removes dissolved impurities from the water.
The RO Filtration Stage
The membrane works by pushing water through an extremely thin, semi-permeable barrier that separates dissolved chemicals and impurities from the water in the reverse osmosis process, rejecting contaminants to waste while passing only purified water.
