Thermoscreed is a loose wire heating cable that is designed for use below your screed layer providing a suitable heat performance through a screed layer. Thermoscreed cable is typically used in a bathroom area and is designed to be installed below a screed layer of 20-50mm. The loose wire system makes the Thermoscreed cable suited to small, awkward shaped areas or rooms with a lot of floor mounted fixtures that need to be avoided. The Thermoscreed TDB Kts include your chosen size of Thermoscreed heating cable, the Thermotouch 4.3dC black dual control 5246 thermostat, a cable monitor and a roll of cloth tape.

In Screed Heating
Thermoscreed is ideal for new build projects where height build-up is not limited. Designed for use in 20 – 50mm screed layers. In Screed heating systems allow the floor layer to prepare a perfectly flat floor to lay the floor covering over. Thermoscreed is suitable for almost any flooring finish including wood, carpet, and vinyl.

Thermoscreed is a versatile heating cable designed for installation in the screed layer of new builds or renovation projects. It creates an energy-efficient heating system by warming the screed to create a slow-release thermal mass. Suitable for use with sand and cement, anhydrite, and flow screeds.

Full kit ready for installation
The Thermoscreed matting is available in a kit which includes all the items (except insulation) that you will require for installation of your underfloor heating. Please note: The cloth tape is the standard fixing method and is included in the kits however alternate fixing methods are available.
